Melzetta Ratteray-McLean joined the NAD Evangelism Institute as an administrative assistant in May 2011. This position allows Melzetta to engage with the NAD Evangelism Institute in ministry to students at the seminary. She also supports the ministry of the Institute to churches across North American Division through the administrative preparation and execution of Field Schools and Evangelistic Training Seminars.

She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Northern Caribbean University, Jamaica. Prior to joining the NAD Evangelism Institute, Melzetta enjoyed a sixteen-year career in banking on the beautiful island of Bermuda, her island home.

Her hobbies include interacting with people, entertaining (often times can host a Sabbath lunch with less than 3 hours’ notice), group games and cooking.

Melzetta is married to Dr. Errol McLean and they have two adult sons, Newton and Jovan, a daughter-in-law, Joaly and a grandson, Jaiden.
